The practice of nurturing mind, body & spirit through dynamic Vinyasa and slow Yin yoga.

Kasia has been practicing different styles of yoga for eight years and had become Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher in 2017. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Black Swan Yoga in Austin, Texas, USA. Since then she has taught yoga all over the world, including Bali, Australia, London and now Cyprus. She’s taught group and private yoga classes, both dynamic and slow flows.

She has her very own style of teaching, influenced by Ocean Sound Yoga in Koh Tao, Thailand where she intensively trained for months before her YTT. The Vinyasa flows with Kasia are grounding, uplifting, fun and challenging. She loves teaching 90 minutes flows as she believes it takes this long to connect your body with your mind and have the time to observe what is happening inside you. She also has great playlists carefully selected to suit each Vinyasa flow.

During the yoga retreats, Kasia will be the head Yoga Teacher and will hold space for all, offer adjustments, assists and answer any questions you may have about your individual practice, injuries, challenges and fears! She is very welcoming and will ensure you feel taken care of 🙂
